About me

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with over 16 years experience working in NHS & independent mental health services, offering psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments, individual and group therapies, consultancy services and training for teams. I hold an Applaud Fellowship with the Higher Education Academy in relation to my work as a university lecturer in Developmental Psychology.  My interests include understanding how our early years shape development, trauma and female presentations of autism and ADHD.  I am passionate about helping families, individuals and organisations identify and appreciate the strengths that come with neurodivergence.
